Sensor, Coolant Temperature: Installation

1. Install the engine coolant temperature sensor (4) into the thermostat housing.
2. Connect the wire harness connector.

3. Install the battery (4) and the holddown clamp. Tighten the nut to 55 N.m (40 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the air intake assembly.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM AIR EVACUATION 
6. Connect the positive and negative battery cable.
