Injection Pump Timing: Notes
NOTE:
Models with C-6 transmissions and late production models
with manual transmissions are equipped with a pump-mounted
fast idle bracket and solenoid. Bracket and solenoid must be
removed on these models to provide access for pump wrench
and rotating tool during timing procedure.
