System Inspection
- Visually inspect the components of the power window system, see VISUAL INSPECTIONS .
- With the key ON, operate all the power window switches and listen to the motor for any mechanical problems.
- Shake the wiring harness between the motor(s) and the switches and look for signs of open or short circuits.
- With the ignition key ON, operate all the power window switches and verify the symptom.
