Quick Test: Notes

The following procedures are parts of the QUICK TEST. These basic test steps must be followed in sequence to avoid misdiagnosis:

• Perform visual check. See ENTERING SELF-DIAGNOSTICS .
• Perform equipment hookup. See EQUIPMENT HOOKUP .
• KOEO SELF-TEST (KEY ON ENGINE OFF) .
• KOER SELF-TEST (KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING) .
• CONTINUOUS MEMORY SELF-TEST .
• SWITCH MONITOR TEST  (If necessary).
