Cable Adjustment - Shift

  1. With the gearshift lever (7210) in the PARK position, loosen the transmission range switch cable nut.

  2. Manually move the shift cable rearward as far as possible.

  3. Check the cable for any tension or restriction of movement and then tighten the transmission range switch cable nut to specification.
