Installation Procedure

  1. Install Generator Splash Shield (3)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install Generator Nut (2) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  3. Install Generator Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  5. Install Generator Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  6. Lower the vehicle.

  7. Install Air Cleaner Assembly (1) Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  8. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (2)Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
