Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Release the retaining tabs and remove the battery distribution engine compartment fuse block cover (1).

    Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Remove

  4. Battery Negative Cable (2) - Remove

    Battery Distribution Fuse Block Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

    Wiring Harness Clip (1) - Remove [2x]

  7. Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (2) - Reposition

    Disconnect the electrical connectors and release the wiring harness retainers as necessary.

  9. Engine Control Module (1) - Remove
  10. Transmission Control Module (2) - Remove

    Engine Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  12. Engine Control Module Bracket Nut (2) - Remove

    Disconnect the wiring harness retainers as necessary.

  14. Engine Control Module Bracket (1) - Remove
