Steering Column: Installation
- Place wheels in a straight-ahead position. Align and install flat part of steering gear shaft with bolt hole in universal coupling. See Figure .
- Finger tighten universal coupling pinch bolt. First, tighten lower column bracket nuts and then upper column bracket nuts. Tighten steering coupling pinch bolt.
- Install combination switch and steering wheel. Connect ignition switch and combination switch harness connectors. Install joint cover.
