Headlight Switch Test: Spectrum

  1. To check headlight switch, remove switch from dash panel. Using an ohmmeter, measure continuity between terminals as follows:
  2. With headlight switch off, there should be no continuity between any terminals. When switch is in parking light position, continuity should exist between Green/Red and Green/White wire terminals.
  3. When switch is in headlight position, continuity should exist between Green/Red and Green/White wire terminals, Red/Blue and Red/Black wire terminals and between Red and Black wire terminals.
