Ignition Switch/Steering Lock: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. After all components are installed, reconnect Orange 3-wire connector, near base of steering column. Install SIR fuses and reconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Turn ignition on. Ensure Inflatable Restraint light, in lower left corner of instrument panel, flashes 7-9 times and then goes out.
