No Gear Movement Test

  1. Remove hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly and separate motor pack from hydraulic modulator. Rotate each gear by hand on hydraulic modulator. Front gears should rotate about 12 1/4 full turns lock-to-lock. If gear does not turn freely or at least 12 turns are not possible, replace hydraulic modulator.
  2. The rear gear should rotate about 7 1/4 turns. If gear does not turn freely or at least 7 turns are not possible, replace hydraulic modulator.
