No Gear Movement Test

  1. Remove hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly and separate motor pack from hydraulic modulator. Rotate each gear by hand on hydraulic modulator. Front gears (non center gear) should rotate about 5 full turns lock-to-lock. If any gear does not turn freely or at least 5 turns are not possible, replace hydraulic modulator.
  2. The rear gear should rotate about 4 full turns lock-to-lock. If gear does not turn freely or at least 4 turns are not possible, replace hydraulic modulator.
