Clutches are single-disc type. A diaphragm spring is used to engage pressure plate. Clutch is hydraulically operated by a clutch master cylinder and transaxle housing-mounted slave cylinder. A Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch is used to disable starter if clutch pedal is not fully depressed.
