Shift Control Cable: Tracker

  1. Remove center console covers. Place gearshift in Neutral. Loosen adjusting nut and lock nut. See Fig 1.
  2. Ensure shift lever on transmission is in Neutral. Pull shift control cable tight.
  3. Tighten adjusting nut, and then lock nut. Ensure gearshift operates properly in all gear ranges. Install console covers.
