Input Signals
The ECU monitors several input signals in calculations to determine control of its output devices. Input signals include the following:
- A/C switch signal
- A/T shifter position signal
- Air temperature (TA) sensor
- Battery voltage (ignition fuse No. 1 and direct from battery)
- Clutch switch signal (M/T)
- Ignition coil signal (RPM)
- Oxygen sensor
- Starter signal
- Vacuum switches A, B and C
- Vehicle speed sensor
