Main Control

ABS control unit detects wheel speed based on signals received from wheel sensor. Vehicle speed is then calculated. Control unit determines vehicle speed during deceleration based on rate of deceleration. ABS control unit calculates slip rate of each wheel. When slip rate is too high, ABS control unit transmits a control signal to ABS modulator unit solenoid valve. Modulator unit controls brake fluid pressure as slip rate changes.
