Trouble Shooting: Notes
WARNING:
Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS articles below, or in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT section. DO NOT
apply electrical power to any component on steering column without first deactivating air bag system. Air bag may deploy.

NOTE:
Ensure all component terminals and ground connections are clean and tight. Check possible faults in order listed. Repair or replace components and circuits as necessary.
NOTE:
Some wires have been assigned a superscript to distinguish them from other wires of the same color. For example, Yellow/Green(1) wire is not the same as Yellow/Green (2) wire.
