Power Window Relay: Prelude

Remove power window relay from underhood fuse/relay block. Using DVOM, check for continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3. Continuity should not exist. Using jumper wires, connect terminals No. 2 and 4 to battery voltage and ground. See Fig 2 . Recheck for continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3. Continuity should now exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace power window relay.
