Fuel Fill Pipe Removal/Installation

  1. Relieve the fuel pressure (see FUEL PRESSURE RELIEVING ).
  2. Drain the fuel tank (see FUEL TANK DRAINING ).
  3. Remove the fuel fill cap.
  4. Remove the fuel fill pipe cover (A).

  5. Remove the tank mount bracket (B).
  6. Disconnect the fuel fill hose and fuel suction tube from the pipes (C).
  7. Remove the fuel fill pipe (D).
  8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
