| Transfer assembly | Hypoid gear oil GL4 or GL5: Use an SAE 90 viscosity hypoid gear oil, API classified GL4 or GL5 only. Viscosity SAE 90: above 0 °F (-18 °C) |

| Brake system (including VSA lines) | Honda DOT 3 Brake Fluid: Always use Honda DOT 3 Brake Fluid. Using a non-Honda brake fluid can cause corrosion and decrease the life of the system. |

| Power Steering | Honda Power Steering Fluid: Always use Honda Power Steering Fluid. Using any other type of power steering fluid or automatic transmission fluid can cause increased wear and poor steering in cold weather. |

- Lubricate the following areas using the recommended lubricants and fluids.
- In corrosive areas, more frequent lubrication is necessary.
