EGR Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the engine cover (see step 1 under REMOVAL ).
  2. Disconnect the EGR 5P valve connector (A).

  3. Remove the EGR valve (B).
  4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (C).
