Charging System: Alternator: Disassembly

Remove the alternator cover(A) using a screw driver(B).

Remove the slip ring guide(A).
Loosen the mounting bolts(B) and disconnect the brush holder assembly(C).

Remove the rectifier(A) with 4 screw.

Remove the nut, pulley(A) and spacer.

Loosen the 4 nuts(A).

Disconnect the rotor(A) and cover(B).

Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
