Repair procedures: Installation

CAUTION:
  • Install the component with the specified torques.
  • Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. If the component has been dropped, inspect before installing.
CAUTION:
  • Be careful the position of the sensor groove contacting with the VCM Valve when installing.
  1. Installation is reverse of removal.

    VCM position sensor installation screw:  4.0 ~ 6.0 N.m (0.4 ~ 0.6 kgf.m, 3.0 ~ 4.4 lb-ft)
