Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Remove the floor console.

    (Refer to "FLOOR CONSOLE ")

  2. Remove the air duct.
  3. Disconnect the sports mode connector (A).

  4. Disconnect the shift cable (A).

  5. Remove the shift lever assembly (A) by removing the bolts (C-4ea).

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
