Tailgate Open Switch

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the tailgate back panel.

    (Refer to Body - "TAIL GATE BACK PANEL ")

  3. Remove the tailgate switch assembly (A).

  4. Remove the tailgate open switch (A) after loosening mounting screws.
