Repair Procedures: Removal
- Accelerator pedal position sensor cannot be replaced on its own. it should be replaced accelerator pedal assembly.
Information
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
- Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector (A).
- Remove the mounting cap (A).
- Remove the installation bolt (A), and then remove the accelerator pedal module.
Accelerator pedal module installation bolt:
8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb-ft)
