Repair Procedures: Removal
NOTE:
- Before removing position sensor, long press the "N" button (A) and position it at the "N".
- Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
- Remove the battery and battery tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")
- Remove the air duct and the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
- Disconnect the position sensor connector (A).
- Disconnect the electronic shift actuator connector (B).
- Disconnect the wiring bracket (A).
- Loosen the bolts and then remove the electronic shift actuator (A).
- Remove the position sensor (B) after removing the bolts (A).
