Idle Speed

  1. Warm engine to normal operating temperature (needle is in middle of coolant gauge). Check idle speed. Disconnect AAC valve harness connector. Adjust idle speed as specified. See IDLE SPEED & CO LEVEL  table.
  2. Reconnect AAC valve harness connector. Run engine at 2000 RPM for about 2 minutes under no load and then return to idle. Idle speed should be as specified. See IDLE SPEED & CO LEVEL table.
