Remote Control Door Lock/Unlock Function Inoperative

NOTE: If no problem exists after performing the following tests, replace remote controller. When remote controller is replaced, all remote controllers that are to be used with this system must be reprogrammed at the same time. See PROGRAMMING .

If doors cannot be locked or unlocked using remote controller, perform the following and repair as necessary:

Perform REMOTE CONTROLLER BATTERY CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
Perform MULTI-REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM ANTENNA CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
Perform KEY-IN SWITCH CIRCUIT CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
Perform DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
Perform DOOR UNLOCK SENSOR CIRCUIT CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
Perform POWER SUPPLY & GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK under SYSTEM TESTS.
