Dropping Resistors

  1. Unplug the dropping resistor wiring at the connector. Measure the resistance across the center terminal of the dropping resistor side connector and other terminals.
  2. The standard resistance for all terminals should be 5-7 ohms. If any of the measurements deviates from the standard value, the resistor assembly must be replaced.
