All clutch assemblies are single disc type with a diaphragm spring pressure plate. All clutches are hydraulically operated. 3.2L clutches use a pull type pressure plate. On pull type clutches, the throw out bearing interlocks to the release lever and the clutch releases when diaphragm fingers are pulled out. 2.6L use conventional hydraulic clutch control systems. Some hydraulic clutch control systems use a hydraulic damper.
