Speed Sensor

Speed sensor detects wheel rotation speed. Speed sensor consists of a permanent magnet, coil and trigger wheel (pulser). As trigger wheel rotates, the magnetic flux around the coil in each speed sensor alternates, generating a voltage frequency proportional to wheel rotation speed. These pulses are sent to the control unit to determine wheel speed.
