Repair and Diagnosis: Transmission: Clutches: Bleeding

Fill reservoir with brake fluid. Check reservoir frequently during bleeding procedure. Connect one end of bleeder hose to bleed screw near hydraulic line on slave cylinder. Immerse other end of bleeder hose into a clear container partially filled with fresh brake fluid.
Open bleed screw while an assistant slowly presses clutch pedal to floor. Close bleed screw. Have assistant release clutch pedal. Repeat this step until fluid flows free of bubbles.
