Ball Bearing

Clamp the inner race of the ball bearing with your finger, and check for sticking or play when rotating the outer race. Replace, if abnormality is found. See Fig 1 .

Measure inner diameter of bushing in the rear cover, and replace if it exceeds the limit. See Fig 2 . See STARTER SPECIFICATIONS  .

Measure inner diameter of bushing in the center bracket (P), and replace if it exceeds the limit. See Fig 3 . See STARTER SPECIFICATIONS  .
