Valve Block Assembly

  1. Ensure ignition is off. Using DVOM, measure voltage between terminals No. 1 and 3 of ABS ECU connector. Turn ignition on. If voltage is more than 10 volts, valve block is okay. If voltage is less than 10 volts, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Check Red/Yellow wire between main relay terminal No. 30 and valve block terminal No. 7 for a short or open circuit. Repair wiring as necessary. If Red/Yellow wire is okay, go to next step.
  3. Check Red/Yellow wire between ABS ECU connector terminal No. 3 and valve block terminal No. 7 for a short or open circuit. Repair wiring as necessary.
