Air Temperature Sensor (XJS)
Disconnect negative battery. Disconnect air temperature sensor connector. Sensor is located in left air filter assembly. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance across sensor terminals. At the given temperature, resistance should be as specified. Refer to the AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RESISTANCE (XJS) table. Replace sensor if not as specified.
