Secondary Resistance
- With ignition off, remove coil secondary wire. Set ohmmeter to high scale. Attach ohmmeter leads to coil secondary and either primary terminal.
- Ohmmeter reading should be 7700-9300 ohms with coil temperature at 75°F (24°C). Maximum resistance at 200°F (93°C), should be approximately 12,000 ohms.
