Circuit Breaker
- Locate circuit breaker No. 28 in fuse box. Fuse box is located behind right kick panel. Pull out circuit breaker No. 28 slightly. Ensure circuit breaker terminals still contact terminals in fuse box. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between ground and each terminal of circuit breaker No. 28.
- If battery voltage is not present at either circuit breaker terminal, repair open between ignition switch and fuse box. If battery voltage is present at only one circuit breaker terminal, replace faulty circuit breaker.
