Module-Remote Compass: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Partially remove the headliner (1) to gain access to the Remote Compass Module (RCM) (2). (Refer to BODY/INTERIOR/HEADLINER - REMOVAL) for the appropriate procedure.
  3. Disconnect the RCM electrical connector (3).
  4. Remove the RCM retaining screws (4).
  5. Remove the RCM (2) from the vehicle.
