1 - ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR (ETC)

2 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR

Apply sealant to ECT sensor threads (new replacement ECT sensors will have sealant already applied).
Install ECT sensor (1) into intake manifold. Tighten to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.) torque.
Connect electrical connector (2).
Fill cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Install air cleaner housing. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION
