1 - THERMOSTAT HOUSING
2 - THERMOSTAT
  1. Position thermostat (2) in thermostat housing (1).

    3 - THROTTLE BODY ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
  2. Install thermostat housing and thermostat assembly on intake manifold. Tighten bolts (1) to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
  3. Install the radiator upper hose to thermostat housing (2).
  4. Connect throttle body electrical connector (3).
  5. Refill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  6. Connect negative battery cable.
  7. Install air filter housing. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION
