Compass Module: Installation: Installation

NOTE:

The Remote Compass Module (RCM) must be calibrated after installation.

  1. Position the RCM (1) on top of the instrument panel (2).
  2. Install the screws (3) that secure the RCM to the instrument panel.
  3. Connect the electrical connector (4).
  4. Install the instrument panel top cover. Refer to COVER, INSTRUMENT PANEL, INSTALLATION .
  5. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
  6. Calibrate the compass module.
