Front Power Outlet: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Insert Remover, Power Outlet (special tool #10246A, Remover, Power Outlet) into the retaining bosses (2) of the power outlet (1).
  3. Pull out the base through the mounting ring by gently rocking the tool.
  4. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the power outlet.
  5. Remove the power outlet from the vehicle.
