Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the front crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, FRONT SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the two heat shield bolts (4) and remove the heat shield.
  3. Remove the two steering gear bolts (1).
  4. Remove the steering gear (2).
