Fuse Arrays
The fuse array is connected to the Power Distribution Center (PDC) and is a serviced component. The following procedure details how to remove the upper and lower fuse array components from the PDC.
REMOVAL
Upper Fuse Array
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - 3.6L
or BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - 5.7L

1 - PDC Cover 2 - PDC Latches - Remove the PDC cover by releasing both latches located on the sides of the PDC.
1 - Captive Screws 2 - Eyelet Fasteners 3 - Eyelet Terminals - Remove the eyelet fasteners and disconnect the eyelet terminals from the PDC.
1 - Upper Fuse Array 2 - Power Distribution Center (PDC) 3 - Upper Fuse Array Latch - Release the upper fuse array latch and lift up on the upper fuse array to remove it from the PDC.
Lower Fuse Array
1 - Upper PDC 2 - Captive Screws 3 - PDC Latches 4 - Lower PDC - Loosen the captive screws.
- Release the PDC latches and separate the upper and lower PDC.
1 -Lower Fuse Array Fasteners 2 - Lower Fuse Array 3 - Lower PDC - Remove the lower fuse array fasteners and remove the lower fuse array from the lower PDC.
1 - Lower PDC 2 - Fuse Link - If necessary, Remove the fuse link from the lower PDC.
INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
