Front Switch Module

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Using a trim stick, or a suitable wide flat-bladed tool, pry the bezel of the front door switch module (1) upward from the front door trim panel armrest (2) to disengage the switch spring steel retainers.
  3. Position the switch module to access and disconnect the wiring harness connector (3).
  4. Remove the switch module from the vehicle.
