Cooling System: Engine: Thermostat: Installation: 6.2L

1. Position the thermostat (1) with the vent at the 12 o'clock position and the gasket seal (2) fully seated.

2. Install the thermostat housing. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GAS  .

3. Install the radiator hose (1) onto the thermostat housing.
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM AIR EVACUATION  .
5. Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
