Module, Fuel Pump, Control: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the passenger side quarter trim panel. Refer to PANEL, QUARTER TRIM, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM).
  4. Remove the two mounting nuts (2) and remove the FPCM (1) from the vehicle.
