Power Inverter Module: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to DISCONNECTING NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE - 2.0L or DISCONNECTING NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE - 5.7L or DISCONNECTING NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE - 3.6L .
  2. Remove the cargo load floor. Refer to LOAD FLOOR, CARGO, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    1 - Fasteners
    2 - Power Inverter Module (PIM)
  3. Remove the wire harness connector from the Power Inverter Module (PIM).
  4. Remove the fasteners securing the PIM and remove the module from the vehicle.
