Component Tests: Motor

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect window motor harness connector. Using fused jumper wires, connect battery voltage and ground to terminals of motor harness connector. Motor should run.
  2. Reverse leads. Motor should operate in opposite direction. If operation is not as specified, replace window motor.
